Nice to see you you here Glen!

The thought is that this forum/board is to complicated to use – what are your thoughts on that!  Some want it to come down!

Cyber meetings are all over the Web.  Just google search for online+meetings+AA (include the “+” sign)

We will probably fall short of actually doing meetings here because our purpose is mainly to disseminate information about AA service, announce local and not so local events, and to answer questions related to Western Michigan – at least that’s what I’ve been told.

Why not get involved and help me keep this site updated – I would appreciate the help!

The computer of course. Here’s a thought that came a couple meetings ago. Someone said acoholism is an elevator that only goes down. I then asked whats A.A.?  It’s the stairway back up, one step at a time.

Hello, Cowboy!

I don’t know your circumstances, but I remember when I was home on a tether, they used to allow me to attend meetings (work, school, medical appointments, & AA MEETINGS).  I might have to leave a little early for my little be-there-for-the-machine-to-call “appointment” but I managed to make it to meetings.  As the host said, you can find many online meetings, but there is NOTHING that compares to the real-deal … a face-to-face meeting.  You can’t find a real sponsor online, at least one that will be there the way that I expect to be sponsored/sponsor … just consider that we were willing to go to any length to get our drink … what are we willing to do to obtain a little quality sobriety?

Good luck!  It’s the beginning of a brand new ending for you, if you want it!

Jamie
