1. You must first be logged-in
2. Click the yellow folder
3. Just above the dark blue header that runs accross the page you will see a small link button and pencil icon that reads: “Add New Topic” You will also see this same icon at the same place AFTER all the topics at the bottom of the page.
4. Click on this link or icon and a new page with an editor will open. Be sure to enter a summary of what your question is – in the subject box (this is required). Then just post your question in the editor and add a smiley if you like.
5. Be sure to click the submit button at the bottom.
To respond to a post that someone has already made:
To respond to another post someone has already made:
1. You must first be logged-in
2. Click the yellow folder
3. Click on the Topic to which you wish to reply (click on the text link at the left under the heading: Topics)
4. a. Click on the reply link button at you will see beneath the body of each post or reply.
b. Alternatively, you may click the reply link button present just above the dark blue header at the left side of page and at the same location at the bottom of the page.
