E-mail received by the General Service Office is treated with the same
level of care and attention as communications received by post, courier,
telephone or fax. Generally, the priority accorded all communications,
including e-mail, is determined by the order in which they are received.
When communicating with GSO by e-mail, please include a postal address
and phone number, since the best or most complete response to a
communication is not always possible by e-mail.
