June Workshop Update
Thanks to Bob M. from Oak Creek (ECR Trustee) for visiting and for the presentation on the General Service Structure at this past assembly!  Everyone who attended took something back to their Home Group that they can use!

If you missed it, you missed a great assembly!

As we begin discussing our Area format, structure, and assembly frequency the following questionnaires may be helpful to your Groups and Districts:

GSR Questionnaire
(This Questionnaire is for discussion only. It is the opinion of only one AA Member and not the consensus of assembly opinion or endorsed by W.M.A.A.)

Fellowship Questionnaire
(This is the survey Jamie has been conducting throughout the Fellowship of other Areas practices and formats.)

Remember, Gregg is willing to bring a General Service Structure presentation to help in your discussions.  Call Gregg to schedule your visit, soon!

58th General Service Conference "Communication and Participation - The Key to Unity & Self-Support"
Gregg K., Area 34 Delegate, Panel 58, gave his Delegate's Report from the General Service Conference at the May Assembly meeting in Grayling. He described a busy, spiritual and emotional week that was at times contentious, but in the end unified.
His trip included a visit to the Grapevine, General Service Office, G.S.O. Archives, Stepping Stones and "Wit's End" where Bill W. did some thinking and writing.
Gregg also brought the assembly copies of
Box 459 - Early Bird Edition, a conference report that was published before the Conference  was complete - the reason being that the Conference was in session until midnight to finish their work. Normally, the conference would have closed in the afternoon.

Some questions and answers about anonymity

Q. I maintain an Internet Web site and also belong to an online meeting. At what level should I protect my anonymity on the internet?
A. Publicly accessible aspects of the Internet such as Web sites featuring text, graphics, audio and video ought to be considered another form of “public media.” Thus, they need to be treated in the same manner as press, radio, TV and films. This means that full names and faces should not be used. However, the level of anonymity in e-mail, online meetings and chat rooms would be a personal decision.
